We at Security State Bank want to ensure our customers have a safe and enjoyable banking experience. In order to do so we have added the following features.

Alternate ID- Instead of using your Social Security you can choose an alternate ID for Internet Banking. In Internet Banking under User Options choose Change Customer Number. There your new Customer Number must be 6-20 characters and must contain two letters and one number. We also encourage you to change your password to meet the above requirements and to also use a special character and not be easily found in a dictionary.

Address Changes- We require a signed form in order to complete a change of address. If you need to make a change of address please contact us and we can mail you a change of address form.
