We use Falcon Fraud Scoring® to monitor card activity for fraudulent or unusual activity. If fraud is suspected, a temporary block will be placed on the card and a representative will contact you. A current phone number is necessary for the representative to contact you. You will need to contact them to have the block released. If you will be traveling out of state, we request you contact us to place your card in travel status. This will prevent the card transactions from being blocked while traveling.
